We’re Almost There: The Time Travelers Tarot Nears Its Debut

The countdown has begun.
The Time Travelers Tarot deck is officially printing, and the companion guidebook goes on sale April 1. I mentioned in an earlier blog that there will be a few ways to get your hands on the guidebook—including a limited number of copies signed by the author. It’s been a long road to reach this moment, and as we approach the finish line, I wanted to share a little more about where this deck truly began.
When I first envisioned The Time Travelers Tarot, I turned instinctively to the Jamie Poole Books series. Jamie has always been the heart of that world—brave, curious, and imperfect in the ways that make a hero feel real. She became the natural guide for you, the querent, through the Major Arcana. Her story shaped the deck’s imagery, its emotional tone, and its central question: What does it mean to find your way home?
Jamie’s life is stitched with the same threads many of us carry. She adored her mother. Her father was a stranger, absent during her earliest years. That absence set her on a lifelong quest to understand him—and in doing so, to understand herself. This search for identity, for belonging, for the roots beneath our feet, brought the theme of ancestors into the deck.
Across the series, Jamie encounters ancestors who reach across time to guide her:
A resurrected Druidess who shares her bloodline.
A forebear who leaves instructions like breadcrumbs.
Another who leads her through realms unseen by ordinary eyes.
The idea of receiving guidance from unseen hands took hold and refused to let go. It shaped the cards. It shaped the guidebook. It shaped the entire journey.
And through it all, Jamie longs for one thing above all else: home.
Not just a place, but a feeling—where friends and family are close, where the heart can rest, where the soul recognizes itself.
Her journey through Time is filled with challenges, revelations, and setbacks. Yours may be too. But always, just ahead, is that glimmer of home.
As April 1 approaches, I find myself wondering:
Is something weighing on your mind?
Are you searching for your own definition of home—whatever that means for you?
If so, perhaps this tarot deck and its companion guidebook can be a lantern on your path. A tool. A companion. A way to listen more closely to the wisdom already whispering inside you.
Jamie is ready to guide you.
Will you walk with her?
The Time Travelers Tarot will be for sale starting May 26, 2026 on Etsy. Stay tuned for more details. To be added to the Earlybird Discount list, email info@jamiepoolebooks.com
